ZEAL employs different types of Vacuuming Systems for moving aqueous,solids and sludges.Our sytems will pump some of the toughest products ,we maintain a fleet of trucks to aid in the transportation or temporal storage of product.We will haul after transferring liquids or sludge’s to our facility for treatment and recycling. Typically, these materials include oil skimmings, sludges, wastewater, leachate, drilling mud, spent coolants, and spill cleanup.
Air Moving Services
ZEAL offers air moving services for collecting solid industrial wastes and salvageable materials from hazardous or difficult-to-reach areas. We employ machinery which handle a wide range of materials, wet or dry, hazardous or non-hazardous, with a consistency ranging from fine powder to chunks of concrete. Substances we typically handle include: ash, lime, grains, ore dust, drilling muds in powdered forms, woodchips, and construction debris. An added benefit of ZEAL’s equipment is vessel-to-vessel transfer capabilities, allowing for enhanced recovery of reusable materials instead of treating the material as waste and adding to costly disposal fees.
Sewer and Line Cleaning (Jet Rodding)
Jet rodding provides an effective means to safely clear obstructions from underground pipes, process lines, and sewer systems and restores the lines to original flow capacity. A combination of high-pressure water dislodges debris and a high-velocity vacuum removes the back flushed material. The service is effective on a variety of materials, including coke dust, mill scale, wood chips, coal, rock, sand, and other debris, and can be performed without confined space entry of the system.
